Concerning the availability of empty equipment and intermodal moves coming from US interior locations:  <br>
EIB'S equipment imbalances are where there is a real shortage of containers at a certain location 
and they have to be trucked or railed in from another location. 
This can have an impact on intermodal/precarriage costs, particularly coming from USA interior places like Colorado, Wyoming. 
There is no indication when EIB's can happen or when they will end in a certain area. 
If your cargo is located far from the US East Coast we recommend making your trucker reservations as far in advance of the shipping date as possible.

		<li> "Live-Load" - 2-hours free waiting time by our trucker at your door, live positioning at door (assuming commercial location
with easy access for trucker with container.) <br>This service includes normal trucker waiting time while container is being loaded through your own means.
