This can have an impact on intermodal/precarriage costs, particularly coming from USA interior places like Colorado, Wyoming. There is no indication when EIB's can happen or when they will end in a certain area. If your cargo is located far from the US East Coast we recommend making your trucker reservations as far in advance of the shipping date as possible.
