Instructions to OCEAN CARRIERS
for Return of Original Documents,
for cargo booked by Sefco.
From December 17, 2011 until further notice.
Please return any
originals: OBL and titles to the address shown for the SHIPPER in the USA (unless otherwise instructed/requested)
SHIPPER's name and
USA address is shown in the upper left hand side of the dock receipt
and B/L.
Any original documents: OBL's, titles -- if sent to Sefco's NYC
address will incur delays and will require
additional messenger/handling fees which are to be avoided.
Sefco customers/shippers/consignees are asked to
provide us with their FedEx account number for billing purposes, in case there
is a request to courier any documents overseas. Specific instructions will be
relayed in the event an overseas courier is requested.
So please note the instructions above, and
send/return any original titles, OBLs
to the SHIPPERS US
address as shown on the paperwork.
Remember that Sefco acts as forwarder only and is
not the shipper.
