The level of customer service is great - and our overseas D/A agent completes the last portion of the full service, door-to-door overseas move. This is where after everything was professionally packed by our movers, upon delivery every single item is unpacked and delivered into the overseas residence. <br><br> Rates are non-divisible - meaning our "Premium" service agent does not arrange for only customs clearance. Their full staff provides a high level of customer service, and our agent does the entire HHG-household goods move into your new residence - using their best quality, professional movers for the inside delivery. "Cherry picking" of services is not part of Premium service, meaning, our agent is to handle the entire D/A delivery (clearance, complete inside delivery). Door-to-door marine cargo insurance for personal effects requires that the cargo be professionally export packed and unpacked.
