"Premium" service relates to giving one agent full responsibility for overseas customs clearance including complete D/A "HHG destination agent" inside delivery.

Our "Premium" service professional movers will deliver everything from the port of entry, into your overseas residence up to 2nd floor - normal access is assumed, including inside placement of furniture, unwrapping, unpacking, removal of debris on day of delivery and total care by our agents in-house customer service staff at destination. Storage is optional, and no rates ever include duties (if any).

Our "P" premium service provides a much higher level of total services, versus our "E-economy" service - which is much more self-service oriented. Many of our select "Premium" service D/A destination agents are very well known "Household Names" in their respective geographical areas. "E-economy" service customers make their own arrangements after the goods arrive at the overseas port or terminal. If in-land trucking is included in the "E-economy" self-service FCL full container move, this involves the SS steamship line's port agent and their selected trucker (only). There is no full-service D/A customer service at destination if electing to save money and use our "E-economy" service only. The consignee self-clears, unloads, unpacks, etc. while the trucker waits at the final door delivery address (if the FCL-container is prepaid "to door"). An "Economy Service" door delivery of your container includes no labor and "free" waiting time by most truckers is limited. Accessorial services are extra services that fall outside the parameters of the economy service and can be arranged at additional cost upon request.

When the container is at your home, please write down the container number (written on the side of the ocean container) and when the trucker picks up, he'll place a seal on the door. The seal will have a number on it. Please also write down that number, and let me know what it is, so it can go on your shipping paperwork.

In Ireland: Here's a blank C & E 1076 form, which can be downloaded from the following website: www.revenue.ie/forms/c&e1076.pdf (as directed by the Irish Consulate). It's fairly simple to complete. This transfer of residence form is what you'll fill in, to permit duty free entry of your property into Ireland. You will give this in to our port agent after the container arrives in Dublin. We'll give you the name, address and phone # of the office there (shown on the BL bill of lading, which you get about 3-5 days after sailing; normally we'll scan and email you a copy of this BL just for your records)."
